Ladipo is the Managing Partner of Siji Soetan and Company and heads our Dispute Resolution and Commercial teams and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK. He also acts as an arbitration counsel in arbitral proceedings.

With a wealth of over 30 years of experience, his expertise spans across Oil and Gas, Project Finance, Capital Market, Employment and Company Law. As a litigator, he frequently represents clients in Nigerian Courts at all levels.

Ladipo also advises on FDI in Nigeria and sits on the board of a number of Private Limited Liability Companies.
